Today I want to point out that when you are training your body needs to have amino acids and it does not matter if it is light or rigorous training, you should always make sure you have amino acids. Amino acids help the body in recovery. A good make up of amino acids are as follows:
L-Alanine it is for metabolism of glucose,
L - Asparagine it is used for mainance and balance of the central nervous system.
L - Aspartic Acid it increases stamina if fatigued,
L - Carnitine helps transport of long chain fatty acids and aids in weight loss and help decrease the risk of heart disease and helps overall athletic ability.
L - Citrulline helps to stimulate the immune system.
L - Cysteine helps protect your body from radiation poisoning and the effects of alcohol and cigarette smoke this amino acid also promote muscle growth and burning fat.
L - Cystine promotes the body to heal faster
L - Glycine helps to retard muscle degeneration
L - Ornithine helps the release growth hormone that help metabolize excess body fat.
Last but by far not the least L - Arginine this amino acid help the immune system, aids in heart function and regeneration it also aids in helping to build optimum muscle mass and reduces body fat.
Do your own research don't take my word for it. But I have found these Amino Acids to be very effective in my life! The key to not having to use a bunch of supplement is a healthy diet! It is controversial but juicing is a wonderful way to get a direct nutrient in your body, does not mean do it for weeks, just a couple of days a month will make all the difference.
Well research all things health related on one's own accord, do to everyone nutrition need are very different! Be Healthy World!
